📚 About the Classes

7 When are the classes? What are the hours?

Classes are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You may complete your weekly class anytime day or night — however, we must receive your completed class by Sunday night each week to count for that week. Missing a weekly submission counts as an absence.

It is your responsibility to follow any absence requirements in your specific case.

8 What are the classes like? Are they boring lectures?

Not at all. Our classes are designed to be engaging and user-friendly — not long, boring lectures. Each session is divided into 3 parts:

  • Video portion
  • Reading portion
  • Quiz section where you apply the class material to your own life

The classes are educational in nature and are not therapy or counseling. They were created by a licensed Professional Counselor to be practical and meaningful.

9 How many classes do I need to take?

We offer up to 52 classes. The number you need depends entirely on your specific situation. To find out how many classes you are required to complete, check your paperwork or ask your probation officer, attorney, or the court.

Our minimum program to qualify for the first 4 free classes is 16 classes. Most situations require 26 or 52 classes — do not write "16" unless someone specifically assigned that number to your case.

10 Can I get a Certificate of Completion?

Yes — a Certificate of Completion is provided free of charge once you have completed all of your required classes. It will be emailed to you so you can print it the same day.

11 Can I request status letters for court or probation?

Yes. You may request compliance status update letters for your court, probation officer, or attorney at any time by emailing your request to transformationsbipclasses@gmail.com. Please allow 48 hours for your request to be processed. All status letter requests must be submitted in writing by email.

⚖️ Court Acceptance & Requirements

12 Will these classes be accepted in my area / by my court?

Each area has different requirements and we cannot guarantee acceptance in every situation. We strongly recommend you verify with your attorney, probation/parole officer, or the court before enrolling.

Our classes are educational in nature and are not counseling or therapy. They are nationwide and not state-certified in any particular state. If you need state-certified classes, please contact the courthouse in your local area.

Because no payment is due until Week 5, you have time to verify acceptance before paying anything. And if you do pay and then find the class isn't accepted, our 60-day money-back guarantee covers a full refund of all fees paid.

13 Are classes available in my state?

We serve 48 states nationwide. Online domestic violence classes are not accepted in Oklahoma or Washington state. California requires prior approval from the court before completing classes online.

See our States We Serve page for a complete list.

14 Are these classes counseling or therapy?

No. Classes are educational in nature and are not counseling or therapy. They were created by a licensed Professional Counselor to be practical and educational. If your situation specifically requires counseling or therapy, please consult with the court or your attorney.

  • Admitting fully to what they have done
  • Stopping excuses and blaming
  • Making amends and accepting responsibility
  • Recognizing that abuse is a choice
  • Identifying controlling behaviors and the attitudes that drive them
  • Understanding that overcoming abusiveness is a long-term process
